Who we are

The Social Agent (“we,” “us”) is an AI automation agency providing managed AI receptionist and call automation services to businesses. This policy covers both this website (thesocialagent.in) and our services. Contact: contactsocialagent@gmail.com.

Information we collect on this website

This website does not use contact forms and does not set marketing cookies of its own. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you: (a) book a consultation through Calendly (name, email, and any details you enter — governed also by Calendly’s privacy policy), or (b) email us directly.

Information processed by our services

When we operate an AI receptionist for a client business, the system processes call audio, transcripts, and caller-provided details (such as name, phone number, address, and service needs) on behalf of that client. This information is used solely to deliver the answering service to the client — routing calls, generating lead summaries, and improving that client’s configuration. We do not sell caller information, and we collect only what the service requires to operate.

Third-party services

We use reputable infrastructure providers to operate our services (telephony, speech processing, and hosting). Scheduling is provided by Calendly, whose widget loads only when you interact with a booking element on this site. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms, and we select providers with appropriate safeguards.

Data retention & security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Access to client and caller data is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. Specific retention and handling practices for client deployments are documented during onboarding.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing contactsocialagent@gmail.com. Callers to businesses we serve may direct requests to that business, or to us, and we will assist accordingly.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
